Community Empowerment

This organization has been doing the work of increasing knowledge, skills and capacity based on changing times, conditions and technology by making all the people in the community aware. By participating in various programs, BASH works to increase the capacity of the people of the community, expand their access to the state structures and empower them. Under this operational question, activities such as advocating about the rights and rights of the target group as well as raising public awareness and capacity building are conducted. With the support of various agencies, BAS has organized regular blood donation programs under this program, as well as conducting skill-based and capacity-building training, discussion, interaction, and study for marginalized, endangered, disabled people, Dalits, tribes, and backward classes, as well as honoring and felicitating senior citizens. . Bas Nepal has been doing humanitarian work by establishing various renewable funds under this topic. BAS Nepal has established BAS Rukmini Smriti Akshay Kosh in memory of Rukmini Shah, a former central member of BAS. The interest received from the Akshay Kosh has been used to provide financial support for treatment and justice to women who have been subjected to violence, and various types of support have been provided to various children.
